Raydium Liquidity Pools

Documentation for adding liquidity to CMFI liquidity pools on Raydium.io

Raydium is a Decentralized Finance (DEFI) application that offers liquidity-providing services on Solana. With Raydium, you can provide your CMFI liquidity to receive a dynamic APY% on your deposit in both trading fees and ecosystem incentive rewards.

There is a risk of Impermanent Loss (IL) while supplying liquidity for decentralized pools. Please ensure you are familiar with this practice before providing liquidity on any decentralized protocol.

Adding Liquidity To Raydium

To supply liquidity on Raydium, simply head to https://raydium.io/ and click “Launch App.”

Connect your wallet and ensure you are in the Liquidity section. Here you will be able to select the liquidity you wish to provide. Providing liquidity on Raydium is done as a 1:1 ratio. In this example, you will be required to provide equal amounts of token A in USD value to token B.

To proceed, you must acknowledge the risk disclaimers. Once you have done that, simply click “Add Liquidity” and confirm your transaction on your wallet extension.

Once you have provided Liqudity, it will display below under the “Your Liquidity” section.

Removing Liquidity From Raydium

When you provide liquidity on Raydium, it will display your deposits under the “Your Liquidity” section.

To remove your deposit, simply click the (--) button and confirm your transaction.

Utilizing Raydium Fusion Pools

A fusion pool on Raydium is a liquidity pool that provides additional rewards to liquidity providers. In order to proceed with accessing the Fusion Pool, you must have provided liquidity in the Liquidity Pool.

To start maximizing your returns on your liquidity provided on Raydium, simply head to https://raydium.io/farms/. Utilizing the search bar on the right-hand side of the dashboard, search for the fusion pool you are after and toggle “Start Farming.”

You will be prompted to choose the amount you want to Stake. Once you have input the amount simply click “Stake LP” and confirm the transaction in your wallet extension.
